Battenberg lace jacket is light ecru color with cream silk lining. It is a flared shape, the sleeves are also flared. An added plus for this longer length jacket is the lining that is in very good and wearable condition. It has one closure. It could be worn by several sizes,
due to the full cut, up to 40" bust, 40" waist, 30" length and 16 1/2" across shoulders. The lining has a few light stains and the underarm areas have been replaced with period fabric.

1912 elegance is a great size! This amazing trained evening gown has so much going for it. The shimmery, glistening beads peak through the overlayling cream lace. The high neck, V shape yoke are both outlined with petite pink and blue beaded flowers. The shimmery beading underneath the lace. In addition, the upper sleeves are edged with the pink, blue beading and tiny crystal drops hang beneath the 3/4 sleeves. The dress is charcoal silk satin. Cummerbun waist in back has silk covered buttons and loops and a wide panel hangs loosely to below hipline with 5 dangling balls at the end of the panel. More silk loops and buttons at lower skirt left side front holding a reverse v at hemline that is open to reveal the same lace as the bodice  loops also repeated on right side back. A huge light blue original silk ornamental flower above the waist on right side. So much detail. A work of art. The bodice lining is mostly white linen and some cream silk that has been replaced on the upper sleeves and some removed due to shredding. The skirt lining is white linen in great condition. The charcoal satin is in very good condition. There is a tiny worn area in the bodice lace Measurements: 39" bust, 29" waist, 16" across shoulders, 13" top of high neck and 15" bottom of high neck. Magnificent 1895-96 burgundy silk satin ball gown. Lily-of-the-valley floral print is silvery white and greenish gold color.
Some of the white floral has lost its color, like it was hand painted,but the pattern all seems to blend in exquitely. The wide scooped neckline is perfect for jewelry, The bodice is pointed at center front and back. The enormous sleeves are filled with soft plush  down or cotton ? for extra exaggerated size. The bodice has 15 stays and cream color lining. Petersham: "Bannon Cincinnati" The skirt is extremely full from hipline to hemline. Gathers in back. The skirt lining is pinkish beige print silk in very good condition with small minor tears near back closure at waist, hardly noticeable. Some wear under hem not noticeable from the outer side of hem. Overall, the jewel tone fabric of this beautiful gown is very good. Measurements: 36" bust, 27" waist, 13" across shoulders ( lots of room in the oversize sleeves) Bodice length is 17" front and back to point in the center. The skirt length is 43"

Elegant Edwardian era tea dress is a great size! Lace and white-on white embroidery embellish the front and back.
V neck, 3/4 sleeves. The lace extends from the bodice and down the front center panel. The sleeves have 5 lace inserts.
The handkerchief linen fabric is covered with white dots. Hook/eye closures down front. Up to 40" bust, 30" waist,
16" across shoulders and 55" length. Beautiful! Very good condition.

Incredible 1900 dinner or reception gown has Paris, France label. It is a large size. The gorgeous peachy pink lustrous silk has pouter pidgeon bodice. Label "L'Munier June, 5 de l'Opera, Paris". The high neck separate insert of textured pink and white florals on net, edged with lace. The yoke and shoulders have multiple rose buds on lace and pink rushing in front and back. This embellishment seen also on thepidgeon front.Wide, frilly, lacy overlapping layers of soft handkerchief linen ruffles on sleeve cuffs. Gussets have been added to the underarms.The skirt has 7 rows of ruching below the waist and the very full lower area has 3 rows of fully gathered ruffles.
Even the separate belt is decorated with the flowers and rosebuds. This gown is definitely one of the most beautiful and ornately decorated that I have ever seen and the color is so soft and feminine. The condition of the silk of the bodice is beginning to shatter and has several small holes. The unatteched belt is delicate. The skirt is in much better condition.
Measurements: Up to 44" bust, 37-38" waist (some of the gathers have been taken out in the back) 17" across shoulders, bodice is
19" long in front and 17" long in back, skirt is 41" in front and 51" in back.

Very elaborate 1900's gown. High neck and front bodice insert of lace and colorful heavy textured dark red, beige and cream.
Elbow length sleeves of black lace and lower 1/2 cream lace ining. Oversleeves of black lace and soutache. Eight soutache buttons on
each side of lace insert. The very ornate skirt is covered from waist to hemline in front with 34 of the souotache buttons and a wide panel
of passementerie trim decoration. The back of bodice has lace insert and trim. The back of the unusual skirt has a center panel of the trim,
ending with a large black tassel with a wrap around effect, flowing loosely for walking ease.The fabric of this gown appears to be in
excellent condition, however,the black silk lining has splitting. A very well made and beautiful gown.
38" bust, 29" waist, 15" across shoulders, 55" long in front and 59" long in back.Outstanding with the hat, ht1750, sold separately.

Incredibly lovely and ornate hat is covered with flowers and a large black bird with the bird's feathers almost covering the hat.
The hat is a wool fabric and measures 16" across. This wonderful and rare hat is in excellent condition. The bird's eyes are missing.

Ruffles and tucks are the focal point of this Edwardian tea gown. Lace and ruffles outline the neckline.
Multiple groups of tiny tucks seen everywhere. Bodice buttons with crochet buttons. The flared skirt
has 2 rows of ruffles at lower area. The unusual sleeves mimick the skirt with tucks, ruffles, lace and
very wide at the bottom. A very clean and unusual dress in excellent condition. Handkerchief linen.

Elegant Edwardian full length cape, very full and flowing. The fabric is a fine twill in cream color.
The short overcape is extremely ornate with soutache braid. The soutache is repeated down both sides
in a square pattern with 4 long tassels that drape to just slightly above the hemline. Openings for hands
on both sides just below the short cape. The tassels at neckline to tie or leave to drape loosely.
This is very fancy and would be a lovely wedding cape or a fancy car duster..
Very good and strong condition. some light stains on right shoulder and appears like water marks
on back that are almost covered by the cape. Could benefit from a cleaning, but looks fine as it is.
A rather heavy cape. 57" long.

1880's era creamy white, pouffy, billowy summer bustle gown. Incredible workmanship, truly a work of art. The long bodice
has 12 fancy m-o-p buttons. Pale soft ecru lace cascades from neckline to bottom of bodice in an unusual twist and fold design,
2" wide lace surrounds the bodice and 4" lace trims the sleeves. The elegant lace edged bustle area falls over the underskirt which
has 2 overlapping wide and bouffant ruffles at bottom. Stunning! Measurements: 33" bust, 23 1/2" waist, 13" across shoulders, front
bodice is 15" long, skirt 38" long. Very good to excellent condition, very clean. If searched closely, one pea sized very light spot
on left side, 1/4" tiny mend on sleeve, a couple of insignificent pale stains from the iron, overall looks great.

Outstanding 1912 embroidered dress has the appearance  of a walking suit. This beige, nubby silk fabric dress has so much detail.
The top looks like a tiered jacket. The V neck is bordered with ecru lace, as well as the 3/4 sleeves. The extraordinary beautiful and
heavily textured embroidery on the skirt adds to the overall elegance. The center of the bodice,  sleeve trim and bow at waist are
navy blue silk with colorful embroidery. This blue silk is splitting, is wearable ,but will eventually need replacement.
The beige silk appears to be in very good condition. Some soil at hemline. Net, cami type underneath the bodice. 
A couple of tears in the net lining.There is a polished cotton double ruffle bust enhancer underneath the bodice.
Snap closures on left side of bodice and skirt. A very elegant dress. 37" bust, 27" waist, 16" across shoulders and 60" long.

1900 small white batiste lingerie dress, high neck, 3/4 sleeves, slight pidgeon front.The skirt is A line with very full lace ruffle at

1880's era black silk beaded bustle skirt and capelet. Very elegant and embellished with
jet beadwork,ruching, pleating, lots of poufs and a large black satin ribbon over the bustle.
The lining is brown cotton. Just gorgeous and very good condition. The silk capelet is equally as
ornate with seven beaded appliques', pleats at neck and encircling it. In addition, wide black lace
on shoulders and in front and back. The lining also in very good condition. Skirt waist, 25 1/2".

Edwardian period elaborately embroidered and cutwork batiste jacket is open down the front,
which is completely covered with whitework, also in back and 6" on the sleeves.40' bust,
15" across shoulders in back and 24" long. Excellent condition,
one tiny mark on left sleeve near elbow, not very noticeable.

If you are looking for a more tailored look,yet unusual detail, 
this Edwardian 2-pc dress of soft linen fabric has exquisite handwork. 
The high neck of net is supported with stays. 12 handmade buttons surround
two rows of vertical lace and 24 tiny pearl buttons on center of yoke.
The waist is covered with handwork embellishment. 
7 of the tiny pearl buttons andthe handmade buttons also surround the cuffs of the 3/4 sleeves! 
The skirt is tightly gathered from waistline and has 4 large tucks in graduated sizes on the lower area.
13 m-o-p buttons fasten the waist in back.
A 2" wide original separate belt has handmade buttons and button holes to fasten. 
This is a very elegant dress, expertly hand stitched. Size: Up to 42" bust, 30" waist. 
Skirt is 27" waist and skirt is 37" long. The waist is 23" long in front and 17" long in back.

Beautiful Edwardian period (c. 1904) soft white linen gown could have been worn 
for promenade, visiting or wedding. The"pouter pidgeon" bodice front has high neck and yoke 
of alternating lace and ecru silk inserts, long sleeves that are full at wrists.
The white linen trained skirt has flounced bottom bordered with ecru silk.
There is also a 5" flounce around waist line of bodice to be tucked in skirt or worn over
skirt waistline. The condition is very good and strong. 4 pea size holes on left side of skirt. 
Bodice waist/22", skirt waist?25",    40 " skirt length in front and 50" long in back, including train.

The neckline is slightly squared, the sleeeves are 3/4 length. 
Insertions and embroidery flourish everywhere on this gorgeous dress. 
The skirt has two kick pleats in front and two in back, along with numerous vertical insertions, 
coin dot type of embroidery and embroidered panels. Excellent condition and very ornate.

c.1880's chocolate brown cut velvet and silk bustle gown.
Beautifully tailored , simple design and completely elegant. 
The bodice has a panel of the cut velvet down center front, neckline and sleeves. 
The skirt is rusched in front and has alternating panels of the silk and cut velvet surrounding the skirt.
The center back is silk and has long panels cascading from the bodice. 
One panel has approx. 2" chew out of it, but not noticeable because the dark brown hides it well. 
The skirt is fully lined. The condition is very good, there are a few stays missing inside the bodice. 
Measuements: Bust 33", waist 27" and skirt length is 36"
