	Late 20's -early 30's floral summer dress, round neck, oversize cape like collar with ruffled edges. The ruffles are repeated around the hemline. A pretty dress with 2 or 3 small holes scattered. 	1920's very attractive dress has brightly colored flowers of pink, turquoise, light blue and yellow and brown on a pale pink chiffon background. An area of smocking just below waist and full flared lower area of the skirt. It is straight cut to the flounce (36-36-36 and 14 across shoulders, 46" long). The back (I can't tell which is the back or front,they are both so pretty) has a scarf-like attached that has handkerchief type of short sleeves in front. The original pink silk slip is attached to the dress with straps of the dress fabric. The chiffon fabric appears to be in very good and wearable condition, also the slip. The slip has a tiny 1" patch near right shoulder, not noticeable. It is so clean that it looks almost like new. Side view Back view Back detail Order# dr2145 $275.00
	1930's dark brown lace 3-pc dress,slip and jacket. The dress has V neckline with a bouquet of pink flowers attached.The sleeves are short, there is an interesting group of accordian pleating in center of skirt at lower area. Snap closures on left side and a 7"opening at back of neck with 2 covered buttons. The long sleeve jacket has slightly flared peplum in back below waistline. The jacket is 20" long. There are 2 covered buttons to fasten or not.The dress measurements: 37" bust, 28" waist, 38" hips, 15" drop shoulders, 53" long. Attached brown silk slip same measurements. Jacket 39" bust, 15" across shoulders. This is a sophisticated looking dress and jacket. The lace appears to be cotton and the slip silk. I didn't notice any flaws. 	1920's burgundy satin loose fit dressy dress. Ties around neck, multiple covered buttons down the front and 5 on the lower sleeve. Two-toned effect in back and on the overskirt which is open from hips downward and fits loosely in front from hipline to hemline. This loosely fitting overskirt would move when walking. Very good condition. The attached tie at neckline has a beige satin lining and there is some damage at the back of the neck on this lining which can be easily concealed with the maroon satin on the reverse side. Otherwise, the dress appears to be in great condition. Can be worn by several sizes, but should fit loosely. Up to 42" bust and waist, 46" hips, 47" long and 16" across shoulders. 	Elegance at first glance is obvious in this 1920's cream chiffon and predominately of fascinating cutwork of various designs which is seen front to back of bodice and skirt. V neckline, smocking at shoulders, long sleeves have 3 1/2" wide lace cuffs. Two long flowing panels drape from left shoulder and from center of skirt at hipline, flowing into handkerchief hemline. The cutwork on the skirt fits over the chiffon like an overskirt that is open on each side of the panels. The cream silk attached slip, 36" bust and natural waist and 38" hips. Label inside slip: "Hickson, Inc, New York, Boston, Paris, Buffalo". Pictures can't display the beauty of this dress. The dress measurements: 37" bust, Hips 38", 12 3/4" across shoulders and 42" length. Both the dress and attached silk slip in very good condition. I noticed only 4 tiny holes in the flowing skirt panels which are not noticeable unless you search for them and they do not detract from the dress. The dress and slip just slips over the head. 	Adorable and colorful 1930's afternoon dress of black taffeta embellished with multicolor dots of textured thread. Short puff sleeves, large pointed stand up collar with a ruffled ecru net around neckline and a feather corsage accenting the dots. The lower area of the skirt has a narrow flouncy ruffle. Ties in back and snaps on left side. 36" bust, 26" waist, 14" across shoulders and 44" length. Excellent condition. A very pretty dress. 	This elegant 1920's evening coat (or kimono) is reminescent of an embroidered piano shawl. The black rayon is embellished with silk embroidery flowers, two in front and two in back in colors of peach and pale green. The most interesting detail of this coat is the 14" of fringe that swings around the lower area when in motion. It could be worn by several sizes, due to the straight, loose cut. Up to 50" bust, 50" waist, 46" length and 21" across the dropped shoulders. A corded sash with tassels is included. Excellent condition. This coat is gorgeous! 	Elegant shimmery midnight blue silk velvet l920's era dress. Long sleeves are very full at lower area above the close fitting cuffs that snap.The V neck is edged with ecru lace. Long ruched trim overlaps below neck to long waist. The skirt drapes softly to the flared lower area. Snaps on left side. 35" bust, 30" waist, 14" across shoulders, 42" hips, 50" long. 	Blue voile 1920's dress has scalloped bertha style collar, 3/4 sleeves around net below elbows. Long sash ties in back. White lace appliques'decorate the bodice and surround the lower skirt area. 	Adorable white voile dress from the 1920's era. Scooped neck, short sleeves, typical period long waist that is accented all around with large lace rosettes and triple groups of lace cascading down front and back. Lace also edges the neckline and sleeves. Plaited cream silk ribbon connects the rosettes on the right side and ties on the left side. This beautiful and fancy day dress is wearable, and has some damaged areas in the fabric, mostly on the left side waist which is not so noticeable because it is mostly under the ribbon. 	Late 'teens, early 20"s dress for day or evening. This medium blue and beige net has square neck, short sleeves. The bodice and sleeves trimmed with narrow ruffles that also cascade down both sides of the overskirt, which is open in front to reveal a chiffon underdress embellished with gold color metallic fringes. The fringe peeks thru the net overskirt all around.The bodice has a net lining, also the chiffon underdress.34" bust, 28" natural waist, 30" long waist, 49" long. The dress is in good and wearable condition, but has a few issues. There are a couple of small holes in the net on both shoulders,but they aren't vey noticeable due to the net lining under them. 	White batiste 1920's summer dress has rounded neckline, wide hand crochet inserts on shoulders, short sleeves. The entire skirt below the waistline is embellished with beautiful whitework embroidery, black embroidery and heavily textured floral motifs of pale lavender and the palest yellow. 39-39 -48. 	Lavender silk 1920's gown and teddy set . The gown is trimmed with ecru lace and 3 rosettes, tucks and a lace pocket . The lace hemline is scalloped . The narrow lavender ribbon at waist is splitting , but is not needed, unattached to gown. The teddy is also trimmed with lace and 3 rosettes that match the gown . 	1920's sleeveless black pleated crepe chiffon to below waist, lower half of dress is black lace that falls into long draped points on both sides of the skirt. .The sides of the dress are open on both sides from shoulder to hem and is attached where the chiffon and lace come together. The original silk underslip is slightly longer and the black lace covers the silk slip to the waist and is revealed under the open sides. A very dramatic look.
