This is a very fancy and large hat. It is cream straw that looks early ' teens,although I cannot be certain that it is not later, however, it is  beautifully decorated with Victorian period cream and pink French silk ribbon, cream feathers and a deep pink velvet flower, as found. It is very pretty and would look great with a tea gown. The condition is very good, with the exception of the inside crown ribbon, which is soiled. 23" circumference.

The black straw has wire supports under the brim. Black velvet edges the underbrim
